The apartment will be painted, cleaned and the make ready will be completed before your move in date.

You do not have to be present but if you have a pet, they will have to be kenneled for the service.

We have 24 hour maintenance for emergencies.

Please visit our website and sign in to make a work order request. This will ensure your request goes directly into our maintenance workflow.

We do not have a lock out service. If you are locked out after hours, please call a locksmith.

We have plenty of parking on site and offer, garages and carports for rent.

We offer carports and garages for rent.

Our community accepts up to 1 pet that meets the requirements.

All homes come with a full kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. A washer and dryer are also included in your new home!

You can pay online through your resident portal or through WIPS.

We are wired for Google fiber, Spectrum and ATT.

As long as the stipulations of the lease are met. Please refer to your lease contract for more information.

Your water, trash and sewer are billed separately but you can pay with your rent on your resident portal.

We are located at Parmer and Mcneil right across the street from Apple.
