You do not need to be present for maintenance requests unless you have specified that you do not give the service team permission to enter your home. If you have given permission for the service team to enter your home and no leaseholders will be present for the work, all pets must be kenneled.
Stone Oak @Â Parmer has a dedicated maintenance team with 24-hour availability for any emergency-related requests.
Please visit our community website, and log into your resident portal. From here you will be able to submit any maintenance requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring your requests are immediately added to the request queue.
We do not have a lock out service. If you are locked out after hours, please call a locksmith.
Open parking is available to all residents. Carport and garage parking is also available at an additional monthly cost. Please see the Leasing Office for more details.
If you prefer dedicated, reserved parking you may rent a carport or garage for an additional monthly cost.
The pool is available to community members from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Each home is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. You will also be able to enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer!
All homes are unfurnished with the possibilities of your own personal touch being endless!
The application process is an average of 3-7 business days.
Residents will have the convenience of paying rent online through the resident portal, with walk-in payment options at participating 'WIPS' retailers.
Renters Insurance is required for all lease-holders.
Though internet and/or cable is not a community requirement, residents may elect to establish services through Google, Spectrum, or AT&T.
Should you have the need to move out before the end of your lease contract, we offer an Early Termination option. Please refer to your lease contract for more information, or stop by the Leasing Office to speak with a team member.
Future residents will be required to set up electricity services by the start-date on the lease contract. Please contact Austin Energy at 512-494-9400.
Water, sewer, trash, package, and any rentable items are separate charges from rent but billed at the top of each month. You will make your rent payment along with charges for utilities and any rentable items. Third-party renters insurance, electricity, and internet/cable (if applicable) will be paid to directly to the companies that services are set up through.

Stone Oak @ Parmer is located on the North side of Parmer Lane, with the entrance being between the intersections of Parmer/Legendary & Parmer/Riata Vista Circle. We are located right across from the Apple campus.
