Living here has been great. I enjoy not ever having to think about my property management but in a good way. I have been through a few owners and feel they keep getting better and all have been willing to invest in the property. The staff and maintenance folks have always been courteous. Neighbors have been quiet and can barely recall any big issues I have had in the long time I have lived here. I recommend you take a look and check it out for yourself.

The office staff and maintenance crew are top notch. The turn around on having questions answered and maintenance requests taken care of is excellent!! If I had to complain about anything it would be maintenance doesn't do anything on the weekend but emergencies. I like to be present when anyone is going to enter my apartment- protect my castle so to speak. This is no fault of theirs. It's just the way management has it set up.

Living at Stone Oak has been great. Safe community, plenty of parking, and a great front office and maintenance team. The pool and grounds are always clean and community members are kind. It is conveniently located by the grocery stores and fast food which is always a plus.
