Pet-Friendly Living

Stone Oak at Parmer welcomes cats and dogs, with up to 1 pet per home. A one-time pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $20 apply to both cats and dogs. Dogs must weigh no more than 50 pounds, be at least 12 months old, and are subject to breed restrictions. Cats must also be at least 12 months of age.
